不同含糖量的溶液对飞机座椅垫织物阻燃性能的影响 被引量:1

Study on flame retardancy of aircraft seat cushion fabric treated with sugar solution with different concentration

摘要 采用含糖溶液处理飞机座椅垫织物,并按照CCAR 25.853的要求进行阻燃性能等研究。测试结果表明,采用20%(wt,质量含量)的含糖溶液处理织物后,烧焦长度最小为45mm,比纯的织物烧焦长度降低了21%,续燃时间没有发生变化,保持2s,滴落物都是自熄的,没有燃烧时间。但是继续增加含糖溶液的浓度,阻燃性能下降。 The aircraft seat cushions fabric was treated by sugar solution with different concentration,and the flame retardancy was tested according to the requirements of CCAR 25. 853. Results showed that the fabric treated with 20% (w/w) sugar solution had the best flame retardancy, and the burn length, flame time, drip flame time was 45mm, 2s, 0s, re- spectively. With the increase of sugar solution concentration,the flame retardancy of fabric was deteriorated.
