摘要
相关公共客车安全标准增加了有关客舱内阻燃制品的应用要求,如内饰材料的水平燃烧速率最大不超过70mm/min,织物或塑料类内饰制品氧指数≥22等。以汽车座椅作为试验样品进行燃烧试验,以大尺度量热仪实时分析了烟气成分,并测定了燃烧热释放速率峰值、总热释放量。以车用窗帘织物进行了垂直燃烧试验。
Relative national standards of bus have the requirements of application of flame retardant materials, like horizontal burning rate of decorative materials must be less than 70 mm/ rain, LOI of decorative produce of fabric or plastic must not be less than 22. The combustion test was carried out with the example of vehicle seat, the smoke was analyzed real time by large-scale calorimeter, and the peak of heat release rate and total heat release were tested. The vertical burning experiment of fabric curtain for vehicle was carried out.
