摘要
采用正交试验法,对降糖醋软胶囊制备工艺进行了研究,以总黄酮含量为评价指标,优选出了降糖醋软胶囊药物部分最佳提取工艺,并对降糖醋软胶囊内容物处方、囊皮处方进行了筛选,确定了降糖醋软胶囊最佳成型工艺。研究结论为:该工艺稳定可靠,可用于降糖醋软胶囊工业化生产。
Adopting the orthogonal testing method, this paper studies the preparing technology of hypoglycemic vinegar's soft capsule, taking the total flavonoid content as an evaluation indicator, selects out an optimum extraction process for the drug contents of hypoglycemic vinegar's soft capsule, and sifts the content prescription and capsule shell prescription of hypoglycemic vinegar's soft capsule, determines the optimum preparation process for hypoglycemic vinegar's soft capsule. The study conclusion is that this technology is stable and reliable and can be used in the industrial production of hypoglycemic vinegar's soft capsule.
