摘要
胆固醇是动物体维持正常生理活动所必需的物质,其含量的测定尤为重要,主要测定方法有比色法、色谱法、酶法、电化学分析法等。综述了采用拉曼光谱和胆固醇传感器测定不同食品(蛋黄和动物性食品)和血清中胆固醇的含量方法,并对方法进行了比较,提出应进一步优化胆固醇含量测定方法。
Cholesterol is essential for the maintenance of normal physiological activity in animals. The determination of its content is particularly important. Determination methods include colorimetric method, chromatography, enzyme method,electrochemical analysis method, etc.. Determination of contents of cholesterol in different foods and serum with Raman Spectroscopy and Cholesterol sensor was reported, and the methods were compared.It is pointed out that the determination method of cholesterol content should be further improved.
