摘要
利用胆固醇氧化酶对胆固醇的专一氧化性,通过金电极的二茂铁-胆固醇氧化酶-明胶体系的修饰,制得高选择性胆圈醇传感器。陔传感器下线联用HLB固相萃取小柱,可实现定量分析油样中胆固醇。实验结果表明,所建立的胆固醇传感器的线性范围为0.01-0.4mM,相关系数为0.99613,回收率为98.78%-102.61%。本法将在食用油质量控制上具有良好的应用前景。
A gold electrode modified with ferrocene-cholesterol oxidase-glutin was used to develop a highly sensitive cholesterol sensor based on the redoxcharacteristics of cholesterol oxidase on cholesterol. The cholesterol extracted with OASIS HLB SPE from edible oil was determined with this sensor. The results show that the detection linearity range of the sensor for cholesterol is 0.01-0.4 mM with the coefficient of correlation of 0.99613. The proposed method can be used to determine the cholesterol in oil effectively with average recovery of 98.78 %- 102.61%. The method has good prospects of application for the quality control of edible oil.
