我国省区能源环境效率分析——基于Meta-frontier模型 被引量:2

摘要 为研究各省市区的能源环境效率,考虑非理想产出的影响,采用基于松弛变量的数据包络分析法,测算了2005—2012年我国30个省市区的能源环境效率。研究结果表明,我国能源环境效率总体呈下降趋势,但随着能源结构的持续优化,清洁能源比重有所提高,2012年后环境效率值出现反弹;结合Meta-frontier模型对决策单元分组后的对比研究显示,提高城镇化和增加研发投入有利于能源环境效率的提升,降低第二产业比重也可以达到类似的效果,但大幅增加治理污染的投入后,短期效果并不显著。针对结果分析,最后提出了相应的对策与建议。 In recent years,along with the increase of energy consumption,the emission caused by domestic fossil fuel combustion is growing continually which has serious affected the ecological environment.In order to research the energy environment efficiency of each provincial and municipal region,consider the influence of non-ideal output,use the data envelopment analysis method based on slack variable,measure and calculate the energy environment efficiencies of 30 provincial and municipal regions in our country from 2005to2012.Research results show that the domestic energy environment efficiency generally presents the decline trend,but along with the continual optimization of energy structure and the increase of proportion of clean energy,the energy environment efficiency have rebounded after 2012;combined with Meta-frontier model to group the decision-making unit and conduct comparative research,the results show that the increase of urbanization rate and research and development investment is beneficial to the increase of energy environment efficiency and the reduce of secundiparity proportion also can achieve similar effect,but the sharp increase of pollution management investment has no obvious short-term effect.At last,propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to result analysis.
