摘要
国家积极推动综合性院校参与教师培养,提速全国教师资格考试和定期注册制度的改革,鼓励新建地方本科院校向应用技术型大学转型。在这种背景下,地方师范院校不得不重新审视自身的生存和发展之路,走上综合化发展之路。综合化给地方师范院校教师教育的发展带来了危机,地方师范院校综合化发展逼仄了教师教育的发展空间,蓬勃兴起的教师教育学院现象并不是地方师范院校教师教育发展的理想模式。地方师范院校转型的出路在于:突出办学特色,强化和凸显师范性;结合师范传统与多科性优势,发展教育学科;加强职后培训促进教师专业成长,实现教师教育一体化。
Countries actively promote comprehensive universities involved in teacher training, in order to speed up the reform of national teachers' qualification examination and register system on a regular basis, and encourage the transition of new local higher education institutions to application of technical colleges. Under this background local normal universities have to re-examine its own survival and development, onto the road of comprehensive development. Integration brings the development of local norrr^l colleges and universities teacher education crisis. Local teachers college integrated development cramped space for the development of teacher education, Booming phenomenon is not local teachers college teacher education college of ideal mode of teachers' education development. The future of the transformation of local normal colleges lies in emphasizing characteristics in school-running, strengthening and highlighting teacher-training character, combining with normal tradition and comprehensive advantages, developing education discipline, and strengthening post-career training to promote teachers' professional development and realize the integration of teacher education.
