摘要
骨破坏是类风湿关节炎患者关节功能受损、致残的关键,防止骨破坏是治疗RA的根本目标之一,也是临床治疗的难题之一,往往久治难愈,且易复发,目前尚无能有效阻止该病进展的治疗药物与方法。近年来研究发现,中医药治疗类风湿性关节炎骨破坏具有良好的疗效,且安全可靠。本文通过对类风湿性关节炎骨破坏的中医药研究现状进行总结,并提出中医药治疗该病的研究方向。
Bone destruction is the main factor which impairs the joint function of rheumatoid arthritis patients. Preventing bone destruction is one of the ultimate goals of treating RA and is also one of the difficult problems of RA clinical treatment. It is difficult to be cured and easy to relapse. There is no drug or method can effectively prevent the progression of the disease. Chinese medicine has been found having a safe and reliable curative effect in the treatment bone destruction of rheumatoid arthritis in recent years. The article put forward the research direction of traditional Chinese medicine in treating this disease through summarizing the research status of traditional Chinese medicine in treating bone destruction of rheumatoid arthritis.
