摘要
随着医院规模的扩大,人事业务日益繁重,原有的人力资源管理模式已不能适应医院的发展需求,如何通过信息化手段提升人力资源管理效能,迫在眉睫。本文对医院人力资源管理现状进行了分析,梳理了医院人力资源信息管理系统设计思路,并就实现方式进行了实践。
With the expansion of the scale of the hospital, personnel business increase prominently. The old human resources management model has been unable to meet the need of development of the hospital. It needs to improve human resource management by the way of information means. This paper analyzes the current situation of hospital human resource management, and summarizes the design ideas of hospital human resources information management system. Lastly realize the design through practice.
