摘要
近年来,医生集团已经成为一种新型的医疗服务提供模式,而医生集团的迅速发展在准入、管理、运营上带来一系列问题。国内不同医生集团提供的服务内容和服务质量差别比较大。由于医生集团的核心模式是医生为患者提供疾病诊疗服务,与医院有一定的相似性。故在对美国医生集团管理模式分析的基础上,类比医院管理的相关理论和方法,提出需要在战略、人力资源、质量、经济、运营、信息等6个管理维度对医生集团加强管理,据此提出国内医生集团管理"合(HE)-奇(QI)-踏(TA)"模型。
In recent years,medical group has become a new mode of medical care delivery in China.The rapid development of medical groups brings confusion in access,management and operation.The scope and care quality provided by Chinese medical groups are quite different.The core mode of the medical group is that doctors provide disease diagnosis and treatment care for patients and have a certain similarity with the hospital.So on the basis of the analysis of the management mode of the American medical group,and referring to the related theories and methods of the hospital management,we propose that medical groups need to strengthen six management dimensions,which is tactics,human resource,quality,economics,action and information,and the "Cooperation (HE)-Surprise (QI)- Steady (TA)"model of Chinese medica group management is put forward accordingly.
