不同气体氛围对卷烟纸热裂解产物的影响 被引量:1

Influences of Different Kinds of Gas Atmosphere on the Pyrolysis Products of Cigarette Paper

摘要 考察了不同气体氛围对木浆卷烟纸与麻浆卷烟纸热裂解产物释放量的影响,采用裂解-气相色谱/质谱联用仪(Py-GC/MS),对木浆卷烟纸和麻浆卷烟纸在不同气体氛围下的热裂解产物进行了分析。结果表明,在21%O_2、9%O_2和100%N_23种不同裂解气体氛围条件下,木浆卷烟纸与麻浆卷烟纸裂解产物种类均为11类、121种;木浆卷烟纸和麻浆卷烟纸的热裂解产物释放量规律一致,依次为100%N_2>9%O_2>21%O_2;木浆卷烟纸和麻浆卷烟纸的主要热裂解产物均为酮类、酯类,约占60%左右,变异系数均较小,气体氛围的变化对其影响不大;不同气体氛围下,麻浆卷烟纸的热裂解产物释放量波动要小于木浆卷烟纸的,即麻浆卷烟纸的热裂解产物释放量更为稳定。 In order to examine the effects of different kinds of gas atmosphere on the deliveries of pyrolysis products of cigarette papers made of wood pulp and hemp pulp, the pyrolysis products of the cigarette papers were analyzed under different gas conditions using pyrolysis gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (Py-GC/MS). The results showed that 121 pyrolysis products, which can be classified into 11 major types, were identified from both wood pulp cigarette paper and hemp pulp cigarette paper when treated under gas conditions of 21% 02 , 9% 02, and 100% N2, respectively. The quantities of the deliveries of pyrolysis products from wood pulp cigarette paper and hemp pulp cigarette were the highest in 100% N2, the lowest in 21% 02 and the middle in 9% 02. The major pyrolysis products of wood pulp cigarette paper and hemp pulp cigarette paper were ketones and esters, accounting for about 60%. The coefficients of variation(CV) were low, indicating that the effects of different kinds of gas atmosphere on the pyrolysis were not significant. Under different gas conditions, the deliveries quantities fluctuation of pyrolysis products of hemp pulp cigarette paper was smaller than that of wood pulp cigarette paper, so the deliveries quantities of pyrolysis products of hemp pulp cigarette paper was more stable.
