摘要
烟用香味物质及其添加技术是烟草研究的核心技术之一,但由于烟用香味物质大多具有挥发性、稳定性不高的特点,使其应用范围受到一定限制.稳定缓释技术可有效地稳定和延缓烟草香味物质的释放速率,使香味持久稳定.本文总结近几年国内外烟用香味物质稳定缓释技术相关的研究报道,主要从香料前体和包合物两方面综述了它们的制备方法、释香机制及研究进展,以期对烟用香味物质的开发利用提供一定的借鉴.
Tobacco favors and additive technology is one of core technologies in tobacco research.However,most of the tobacco flavors are volatile and instable,which limited their applications.Slow-releasing technology is an effective way that could keep those flavors more stable and release slowly.This paper summarizes the related research reports about the slow-releasing technology of tobacco flavors at home and abroad in recent years,including the preparation,slow-releasing mechanism and research progress of precursor substance and clathrate,to provide reference for the development of tobacco favors.
