摘要
人口城市化的均衡发展,是研究人口、经济、社会、资源和环境五个系统间的协调性和可持续性状况的分析方法,其实质上是对人口城市化评价方法的创新。通过分析人口城市化进程的本质,构建了人口城市化均衡发展状况的评价指标体系和测度模型。用该方法对北京、上海和广州三地人口城市化的均衡发展状况实证分析,发现2000～2014年北上广三地人口城市化的均衡发展状况均得到了改善,但是依然面临发展水平不高、各系统间关系较为脆弱、可持续性未达到良好水平的局面。
The balanced development of urban population, which analyzes the coordination and sustainability among population economic social resource and environment, is access to the innovation of the evaluation method of population urbanization. Through the analysis of the essence of population urbanization process, the paper puts forward with the situation of ＂balanced development of population urbanization＂ to measure the process of population urbanization, establish the evaluation index system of the balanced development of population urbanization, and list the measure model. With the method, an empirical analysis is employed for the analysis of the balanced development of population urbanization in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. We found that in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou the balanced development of urbanization have improved in 2000-2014, but still faces such problems as the level of development being not high, the relationship between system being vulnerable and without a sustainable situation yet.
