摘要
建立了空气清新剂中苯,甲苯,乙苯,对二甲苯,间二甲苯,邻二甲苯,1,4-二氯苯7种苯类化合物的气相色谱-质谱测定方法。样晶用N,N-二甲基甲酰胺稀释,用硫酸纳脱水。试液用滤膜过滤后用气相色谱。质谱仪测试。方法的检出限(S/N=3)均为2.5mg/kg。仪器线性范围在100-2000μg/L之间,相关系数r^2在0.9994到1.0000之间。在三个浓度的加标回收率在90.4%-119.4%之间。相对标准偏差在1.9%-6.6%之间。方法的特异性好,快速,灵敏度高,有较好的准确性和精密度,可作为空气清新剂中七种苯类化合物的检测方法。对空气清新剂质量安全监测有重要意义。
A method has been established for determination of seven benzenes in air freshener. Sample was diluted by N,N-dimethylformamide and dehydrated by anhydrous sodium sulfate. The solution wasethyl derivative products were extracted by n-hexane then tested by gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy. The detection limits (S/N=3) of the compounds were 2.5 mg/kg, the linear ranges were between 100 μg/L and 2000 lag/L, with the correlation coefficients r2 from 0.9994 to 1.0000. The recoveries at three concentration levels were from 90.4 % to 119.41% with the relative standard deviations from 1.9 % to 6.6 %. It's a specific, fast, sensitive and accuracy method for determination of the seven benzenes in air freshener, tt will make great sense in safety quality inspection for air freshener.
