摘要
目的基于我国社区卫生服务运行的现状,对淄博市城镇居民进行社区卫生服务满意度调查。方法从淄博市9个社区卫生服务中心所辖居民中分层随机抽取450人进行问卷调查,分析社区居民满意度现状及影响因素。结果影响满意度的因素主要有5个:(1)药品价格;(2)内部环境;(3)个人关注;(4)病情解释;(5)诊疗效果。结论应进一步提高医护人员的业务素质,加强健康教育工作,推进和完善社区基本药物制度,从而提高社区居民的满意度。
OBJECTIVE On the basis of urban community health service in China and the research status quo, and survey the commu- nity health service satisfaction of urban residents in Zibo city. METHODS In 9 community health service centers of Zibo City, 450 people were randonly selected to conduct the stratified random survey so as to analyze the situation and factors of the community resi- dents＇ satisfaction. RESULTS The factors influencing satisfaction basic allyincluding： （1）drug prices; （2）the internal environment; （3） personal attention; （4） condition explanation; （5） diagnosis and treatment effect. CONCLUSION It should further improve the business quality of medical staff, to strengthen health education work, promote and perfect the community the basic drug system, so as to improve the satisfaction of community residents.
