摘要
目的测评家庭医生责任制服务的居民满意度,探索家庭医生责任制的模式。方法采用问卷调查方法,对与上海市虹口区四川北路街道社区卫生服务中心签约试行家庭医生责任制的62名社区居民进行调查。结果社区居民对社区卫生服务中心试行的家庭医生责任制服务的总体满意度为32.26%,其中医患沟通满意度为66.13%,医学技术服务满意度为61.29%,服务组织满意度为33.87%。结论社区居民对家庭医生责任制服务的满意度较高。家庭医生责任制可以为社区居民提供更加便利可及的医疗服务,改善社区居民的健康状况;但是如何提升家庭医生及社区卫生服务中心的医疗业务水平,如何整合区域内医疗资源,使之能更合理、更充分的应用是家庭医生责任制探索过程中亟待解决的问题。
Objective To evaluate the satisfaction of the residents on health services with family doctor responsibility system, and explore the mode of family doctor responsibility system. Methods The questionnaire survey was conducted among 62 community residents who had signed a contract, which is on practicing the health services with family doctor responsibility sys- tem, with the community health services (CHS) center in Sichuanbeijie community of Hongkou District, Shanghai. Results O- verall satisfaction of the residents on the services with family doctor responsibility system was 32.26%. Of which the satisfaction was 66. 13% on doctor - patient communication, 61.29% on medical technology services, and 33.87% on service organiza- tion. Conclusion The satisfaction of the of the community residents on the health services with family doctor responsibility system is higher, The family doctor responsibility system can provide more convenient medical services for the community residents and improve their health status. However, the urgent problems to be solved immediately are how to raise the professional levels of the family doctors the CHS center, and how to integrate the regional medical resource, making it more reasonably mad sufficiently ap- plied.
