摘要
目的观察参芪柔脉合剂治疗颈动脉粥样硬化的临床疗效。方法将确诊为颈动脉粥样硬化的98例患者随机分为治疗组50例和对照组48例。治疗组给予参芪柔脉合剂(100 m L/次,2次/d)及辛伐他汀胶囊(20 mg/次,1次/晚)口服,对照组仅给予辛伐他汀胶囊(20 mg/次,1次/晚)口服,2组均持续用药24周。观察2组治疗前后颈动脉IMT、Crouse积分、中医证候积分及血脂、血清白细胞介素(IL-6)水平变化情况,统计2组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组颈动脉斑块Crouse积分、中医证候积分、血脂、血清IL-6水平改善情况均明显优于对照组(P均<0.05),临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组均无明显不良反应发生。结论参芪柔脉合剂能有效改善颈动脉粥样硬化患者的症状体征,降低血脂水平及炎症因子水平,提高临床疗效,值得推广应用。
Objective It is to observe the curative effect of Shenqi Roumai mixture on carotid atherosclerosis. Methods 98 cases of patients with carotid atherosclerosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group had 48 cases. The treatment group was given Shenqi Roumai mixture（ 100 mL per time, twice per day） combined with simvastatin capsules （20 mg per time, once per night） orally, the control group was only treated with Simvastatin capsules at the same ad- ministration. Both groups were treated for 24 weeks. The changes of IMT of carotid, Grouse scores, traditional Chinese medical scores and the levels of blood fat, serum IL - 6 before and after treatment were observed in both groups. The curative effects and side effects in both groups were observed. Results The improvements of carotid atherosclerosis Crouse scores, tra- ditional Chinese medical scores and the levels of blood fat, serum IL - 6 in treatment group were better and the total effective rate was higher than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. No serious side effect was found during treatment in both groups. Con- clusion Shenqi Roumai mixture could effectively improve symptoms and signs, decrease the levels of blood fat and inflammato- ry factors in the patients with carotid atherosclerosis, it is worthy of population and application in clinic.
