摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床疗效。方法以2013年1月-2015年12月我院收治的56例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,全部患者采用腹腔镜下行子宫肌瘤剔除术。观察患者基本术中指标及术后恢复情况,统计患者手术成功率和并发症发生率。结果全部患者均一次顺利完成手术,无中转开腹病例,手术成功率100%。患者手术时间72.4 min,术中出血量115.6 ml,术后排气时间22.4 h,平均住院时间（4.6±1.0）d。术中及术后早期并发症发生率0%,3个月随访期间1例患者月经量减少,并发症发生率1.8%。结论腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床应用不仅疗效显著,而且创伤小、并发症少,利于患者早期康复。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic uterine fibroids. Methods From January 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital 56 cases of uterine fibroids patients as the research object, all patients with laparoscopic uterine fibroids removed. To observe the index of basic operation and postoperative recovery of patients, and to count the success rate of surgery and the incidence of complications. Results All patients were successfully completed surgery, no conversion to open surgery, the success rate of 100%. The operation time was 72.4 min, the amount of bleeding was 115.6 ml, the exhaust time was 22.4 h, the average length of hospital stay was（4.6±1.0） d. The incidence of early postoperative complications was 0%. During the 3 month follow-up period, the amount of menstruation decreased and the complication rate. Conclusion The clinical application of laparoscopic uterine fibroids removed not only has significant curative effect, but also has less trauma and less complications, which is beneficial to the early rehabilitation of the patients.
