摘要
目的探讨综合护理在经腹式子宫肌瘤切除术后的应用效果。方法选取抚州市第一人民医院2017年1月～2018年7月收治的90例腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各45例。对照组给予常规护理,实验组在对照组的基础上给予综合护理干预,观察两组护理效果。结果实验组和对照组的护理总满意度分别为96%和80%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组术后下床时间、住院天数明显短于对照组,术后出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理可提高经腹式子宫肌瘤切除术后患者的康复速度,有利于提高妇产科的医护水平,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on hysteromyoma after abdominal hysterectomy.Methods A total of 90 cases of laparoscopic myomectomy patients admitted to Fuzhou First People's Hospital from January 2017 to July 2018,they were randomly divided into reference group and study group,45 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with routine nursing care alone,while the study group was treated with comprehensive postoperative nursing.The clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results The nursing total satisfaction of the study group was 96%and that the reference group was 80%,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The postoperative bed time and hospitalization days in the study group were shorter than the reference group,and the postoperative blood loss was less than the reference group,there were significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can improve the recovery speed of patients after abdominal myomectomy,improve the level of medical care in gynecology and obstetrics,So it has the value of clinical application.
