摘要
目的建立适合呼吸内科住院患者的健康教育评价指标体系,为临床护理健康教育提供参考依据。方法采用文献回顾法、专家讨论法和Delphi法初步确定评价指标体系,对备选指标进行两轮专家函询。结果经过两轮函询后确定了健康知识、健康行为、健康信念、危险控制与安全4个一级指标,12个二级指标及53个三级指标的呼吸内科住院患者健康教育评价指标体系。结论初步建立的呼吸内科住院患者健康教育评价指标体系具有科学性及实用性,基本能够合理评价呼吸内科的健康教育水平。
Objective To establish health education evaluation index system for in - hospital respiration patients, and provide reference for clinical nursing health education. Methods By using the methods of literature review, expert discussion and Delphi method, the evaluation index system was preliminarily deter- mined , and modified through two - round of Delphi expert consultation. Results After two - round Delphi consultation,the health knowledge, health behavior, health belief,risk control and safety were determined as 4 first - level indexes, and 12 second - level indexes and 53 - level indexes. Conclusion The evaluation index system of health education for in - hospital respiration patients is scientific and practical, which can basic reasonably evaluate health education level in re- spiratory department.
