摘要
目的观察对药酸枣仁-合欢花对抑郁症患者生活质量及神经-内分泌-免疫网络的影响。方法收集抑郁症病例100例,随机分为中药组和西药组,各50例,中药组服用酸枣仁-合欢花汤剂;西药组服用盐酸文拉法辛缓释片。两组分别于治疗前及治疗6周后进行HAMD抑郁量表评分、生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评分及及血清5-HT、CRH、IL-6检测。结果治疗后两组间临床疗效没有显著差异(P>0.05);生活质量评定方面:中药组患者躯体功能维度、心理功能维度、总体生活质量因子得分显著高于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者血清5-HT、CRH含量上升,IL-6含量下降,与治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论酸枣仁-合欢花汤剂具有抗抑郁功效,并能够改善抑郁患者的生活质量,其作用机制可能与调节神经-内分泌-免疫网络有关。
Objective To observe the effects of herb pair of SZS and AJF drug on the life quality and NEI of patients with depres- sion. Methods 100 patients with depression were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups. Chinese medicine group （50 cases） were given AJF and SZS decoction, and western medicine group （50 cases） were given venlafaxine hydrochloride sus- tained -release tablets. HAMD scale score, Quality of Life Assessment Questionnaire （GQOLI -74）, Serum five HT（ 5 -HT） , Serum Cortieotropin releasing hormone（CRH） , Serum interleukin 6 （IL- 6）were detected before and after 6 weeks of treatment. Results The difference of clinical efficacy between two groups was not statistically significant（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Comprehensive assess- ment of the quality of life ： physical function dimension, mental function dimension and life quality total score of Chinese medicine group were higher than the western medicine group, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; The rise of two groups of patients with serum 5 - I-IT, CRH content and IL - 6 content decreased, compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0. 01 ,P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion herb pair of AJF and SZS has antidepressant efficacy, and can im- prove the life quality of patients with depression. The anti - depressant mechanism of Herb pair of AJF and SZS may be related to regulation neuroendocrine immune network.
