Design of CAN-Bus Sensor Acquisition System Applied to DLS Comprehensive Mud Logging Unit

摘要 DLS综合录井仪配置的是模拟信号多总线传感器系统,为了简化其现场布线工作和提高信号采集传输的稳定性,需要把其多总线传感器采集系统升级为CAN总线传感器采集系统。在该CAN总线传感器系统软件中通过采用Active X控件、DLL动态库和COM中间件技术,实现了该传感器系统在DLS上的使用。现场应用证明该系统软件性能稳定。基于目前井场数据挖掘应用需要,采用COM中间件技术是可以有效地实现数据的共享和分发。 DIS comprehensive mud logging unit is built with the analog signal multibus sensor. In order to simplify the field cabling,enhance the stability of data acquisition and transmission process,the multi-bus sensor acquisition system has been upgraded to CAN-Bus sensor acquisition system. By adopting technologies of Active X controls,DLL and COM middleware,the software of CAN-Bus sensor acquisition system is successfully applied in this DLS unit. On-site trials have proved that the software performance of this system is stable in data acquisition and transmission process,fully satisfied field utilization requirements. Based on needs of data-mining application in the oil field,it can effectively realize the function of data sharing and distribution by adopting the technology of COM middleware.
