摘要 随着无线网络技术的发展,能够有效解决有线传感器存在的安装布线困难、易受外力破坏、扩充不便等问题的无线传感器采集技术应运而生。通过介绍SCW-530录井无线传感器采集系统架构、技术指标,从无线网络方案、传感器选型和低功耗技术3方面介绍了该系统的设计特点。该系统在国内多个油田近30口井的现场推广应用证实,其多样化的输出接口便于与其他型号综合录井仪的挂接和传感器系统的升级,其独立前端采集特性使录井系统的架构得到进一步的优化,其规模可灵活定制的特性适合不同用户的选择和多种场合的应用;其在钻井现场的成功应用表明,可以明显提高转场安装效率和工作时效、降低设备意外损坏风险、提高传感器采集系统在恶劣环境条件下工作的稳定性和可靠性,对于提高现场录井、钻井、甲方监督等专业岗位的工作效率都具有积极意义,因而成为综合录井、钻井参数监测、随钻地面测量选择传感器时的理想方案。 With the development of wireless network technology,the wireless sensor acquisition technology emerged which can effectively solve the problems that existed in wired sensors,such as difficult wiring and installation,being vulnerable to external damage,inconvenient expansion and other issues.By making an introduction to the framework,specifications of SCW-530 mud logging wireless sensor acquisition system,the authors introduced the design features of the system from three aspects of wireless network solutions,sensor model choosing and low power techniques.The on-site system application in almost 30 wells of many oilfields in China proved its diverse output interface was easy for connecting other models of comprehensive mud logging units and upgrading the sensor system,and its independent and front-end collection features made mud logging system framework to be further optimized,the feature that its size can be flexibly customized is suitable for the users to choose and many applications.Its successful application in drilling site showed that the installation efficiency and timeliness during the work site transferred can be significantly improved,the risk of accidental damage to equipment can be reduced,the stability and reliability of the sensor acquisition system working in harsh environmental conditions can be enhanced,it has positive effects on improving the work efficiency of on-site mud logging,drilling,part A supervision and other professional positions,so it is an ideal solution when a sensor is choosed for comprehensive mud logging,drilling parameter monitoring and ground measurement while drilling.
