摘要
目的分析中医饮食护理在胃溃疡患者治疗中所发挥的效果。方法选择我院在2014年7月—2015年4月诊治的胃溃疡患者170例进行护理分析,根据患者选择护理方法的不同将患者分为研究组和对照组患者各85例,研究组患者采用中医饮食护理,对照组患者采用常规临床护理,比较两组患者对护理工作的满意程度和溃疡恢复情况。结果研究组患者的护理总满意率为94.1%,对照组患者的护理总满意率为70.6%,研究组患者的护理满意度更好;研究组患者的护理有效率为94.1%,对照组患者护理的有效率为78.8%,研究组患者的护理效果更好,P<0.05差异具有统计学研究意义。结论在胃溃疡的治疗中采用中医饮食护理能够提升患者对治疗的满意程度,患者症状缓解好,有着积极的临床护理价值,可以在护理中推广和应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of TCM diet nursing in patients with gastric ulcer. Methods 170 cases of gastric ulcer patients in our hospital from July 2014 to April 2015 were selected, according to different nursing methods, and patients were divided into research group and control group, with 85 cases in each group. The research group was treated by TCM diet nursing. The control group was treated by routine clinical care. The satisfaction degree of two groups of patients to nursing work and the situation of ulcer recovery were compared. Results The nursing total satisfaction rate of the research group was 94.1 % which was better than 70.6% of the control group, the nursing effective rate of the research group was 94.1 % which was better than 78.8% of the control group P 〈0.05, and differences had statistical research significance. Conclusion TCM diet nursing in patients with gastric ulcer can improve patient＇s satisfaction, better relieve symptoms, and has positive clinical nursing value. It can be popularized and applied in nursing.
