摘要
目的探讨雷贝拉唑三联疗法联合硫糖铝口服液治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性胃溃疡患者的临床疗效。方法将114例幽门螺杆菌阳性胃溃疡患者按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各57例。两组均给予雷贝拉唑三联疗法治疗,研究组在此基础上联合硫糖铝口服液治疗,观察8周。比较治疗前后两组临床症状评分、幽门螺杆菌清除率及临床疗效和不良反应发生率。结果治疗后两组临床症状评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),研究组较对照组下降更显著(P<0.01)。研究组幽门螺杆菌清除率及治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论雷贝拉唑三联疗法联合硫糖铝口服液治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性胃溃疡临床疗效显著,可显著改善患者临床症状,提高幽门螺杆菌清除率,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of rabeprazole triple therapy combined with sucralfate oral liquid on helicobacter pylori(HP)positive gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 114 patients with HP were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,57 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with rabeprazole triple therapy,and the observation group was treated with sucralfate oral liquid on this basis,and patients were observated for 8 weeks.The clinical symptom scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared,and the HP,clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),the observation group decreased more significantly than the control group(P<0.01).The HP clearance rate and total effective rate of treatment in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Rabeprazole triple therapy combined with sucralfate oral liquid has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of HP positive gastric ulcers.It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients and increase the clearance rate of HP,which has clinical promotion value.
