摘要
作为中华民族的文化瑰宝,民族传统体育以其深厚的民族文化底蕴成为应对文化危机的重要组成部分。采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,对大学生民族传统体育活动的参与动机进行调查,结果发现,大学生健身、健心等内部需要是其参与民族传统体育活动的关键,场地、器材等外部诱因是条件;内外结合,才能有效激发大学生参与民族传统体育的动机。
Traditional sport is an important partto deal with the cultural crisis caused by globalization. A survey of college students＇ motives to participate in traditional sports was done and found that students＇ internal needs were essential to their participation in traditional sports while external incentives are conditions. The combination of internal and external motives can motivate college students effectively.
