摘要
对目前普通高校的武术选项课教学进行全面的分析 ,在此基础上提出普通高校武术选项课教学改革应更新思想观念 ,精心选择教材和安排教学内容 ,注重分班的层次性和科学性 。
This paper analyzes comprehensively Wushu elective course teaching in common institutes of P.E. and proposes that the reform of Wushu elective course teaching should renew ideas,choose appropriate teaching materials and teaching contents. Classes should be divided scientifically. Test and evaluation should be featured. Good teaching environment should be provided.
