摘要
目的 研究华中五味子Schisandra sphenanthera藤茎的化学成分。方法 运用正相硅胶柱色谱,制备TLC等方法进行分离,根据波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果 从华中五味子藤茎95%乙醇提取物中分离得到了13个化合物,包括6个三萜,6个木脂素和1个甾醇,分别鉴定为华中五内酯素(1)、南五内酯(2)、五内酯E(3)、12β-羟基黑老虎酸(4)、五味子酸(5)、schisanbilactone A(6)、β-谷甾醇(7)、内消旋二氢愈创木脂酸(8)、去氧五味子素(9)、五味子酯甲(10)、五味子酚乙(11)、五味子乙素(12)和当归酰基戈米辛M1(13)。结论 其中化合物1为1个新三萜类化合物,命名为华中五内酯素。化合物2~4、6、9、11、13为植物中首次分离得到。
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents from the canes of Schisandra sphenanthera. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by chromatography on silica gel. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic methods, including MS, 1D, and 2D NMR spectral techniques. Results Thirteen compounds were isolated from 95% ethanol extract in the canes of S. sphenanthera, including six lignans, six triterpenes, and one steroid and their structures were identified as sphendilactone (1), kadsulactone (2), schisanlactone E (3), 12-[3-hydroxycoccinic acid (4), schizandronic acid (5), schisanbilactone A (6), ]3-sitosterol (7), meso-dihydroguaiaretic acid (8), deoxychizandrin (9), schizantherin A (10), schisanhenol B (11), 3,-schizandrin (12), and R-(+)-angeloygomisin M1 (13). Conclusion Among them, one new triterpene is named as sphendilactone (1). Schisanhenol B, deoxychizaudrin, R-(+)-angeloygomisin M 1, kadsulactone, schisanlactone E, 12[3-hydroxycoccinic acid, and schisanbilactone A are isolated from this plant for the first time.
