摘要
目的探讨宽心益气汤联合麝香通心滴丸治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月-2016年3月锦州医科大学附属三院收治的80例气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组患者给予麝香通心滴丸治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用宽心益气汤治疗,连续应用1个月后观察2组患者临床治疗效果、心绞痛发作次数和持续时间、ST段改善情况以及血清的肿瘤坏死因子（tumor necrosis factor,TNF-α）及白细胞介素（interleukin-6,IL-6）浓度变化。结果 2组治疗后比较,观察组总有效率优于对照组（P〈0.05）。治疗后,观察组心绞痛发作次数和持续时间、ST段改善情况均优于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组TNF-α及IL-6的降低程度优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论宽心益气汤联合麝香通心滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效显著,可以有效改善患者心功能,降低TNF-α及IL-6的浓度水平。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Kuanxin Yiqi decoction combined with Shexiang Tongxin dropping pill in treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type of angina pectoris. Methods 80 cases of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group. Patients of the control group were given Shexiang Tongxin dropping pill for treatment,while patients of the observation group received a combination of Kuanxin Yiqi decoction therapy based on the control group treatment,with a consecutive treatment of one months. The frequency,duration and ST segment improvement,clinical curative effect of angina pectoris and serum tumor necrosis factor（TNF-α） and interleukin-6（IL-6） between two groups of patients were observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was better than that of the control group（P〈0. 05）. The observation group after treatment of angina attack frequency,duration and improvement of ST segment were better than the control group after treatment（P〈0. 05）. The TNF-αand IL-6 in observation group after treatment were lower than the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Kuanxin Yiqi decoction combined with Shexiang Tongxin dropping pill has the obviously efficacy in treating angina of coronary heart disease,which could effectively improve heart function of patients and reduce the concentrations of TNF-α and IL-6.
