摘要
“和谐使命-2015”海外医疗服务期间，针对医院船护理人员的抽组与专业性、医疗对象和服务环境、语言交流、医疗任务等方面的特点及难点，从服务理念、专业培训、安全措施、应急准备、临床护理、语言沟通、优化流程、人力安排等方面，实施优质护理服务，受到访国民众对我国护理服务的盛赞，实现了医院船海外医疗服务的优质高效。
Carriying out the task ＂HmTnonious mission 2015＂ , the hosital ship ＂Peace Ark＂ visited Malaysia, Australia, French Polynesia, and US, and provided medical service to the people, including those of Chinese origin, in Mexico, Barbados, Granada and Peru from 7 September 2015 to 26 January 2016. On board the ship there was only one nursing group consisting of 32 nurses from different professions. The workload was heavy, it is difficult for them to identify the patients,, and language was a problem too. The idea of high-quality service was strengthened. The nurses had to learn the nursing routine of different specialties, so as to be experts in one thing and good at many. Specialized trainng of blood drawing was given to fit the skin of the black people. Identity checking was emphasized. All staff members made great egffort to study foreign languages. Work was arranged flexibly. As a result, the hospital ship had finished its work perfectly.
