摘要
目的:使患者领取报告时间灵活、方便快捷、保护患者隐私,减少医院的运营成本,优化就医流程。方法:通过"一站式"报告自助打印系统,系统从各种不同工作站上接受打印数据存入后台报告服务器,由系统解析报告内容后获取条码号,患者使用条形码在自助终端上扫描条码获取报告。结果:实现报告单管理的自动化、程序化和规范化,将繁琐受限的报告单打印发放变得有序和规范。结论:通过对报告智能化管理,优化配置医院人力资源,有效利用空间资源,让医务人员有更多的时间和精力为患者提供更好更高效的服务,提升医院整体服务水平。
Objective: In order to receive the report time flexible, convenient and fast, to protect the privacy of patients, reduce hospital operating costs, optimize the medical treatment process. Methods: Through the "one-stop" self-help report printing system from the various workstations accept print data stored in the background report server, bar code and access by the system parses the contents of the report that patients use bar code in the self-service terminal barcode scanning acquisition report. Results: The automation, procedures and standardization of the management of the report were realized, and the restriction of the tedious and limited report of the single print issue became orderly and standardized. Conclusion: The report on intelligent management, optimize the allocation of hospital human resources, efficient use of space resources, let the medical staff with more time and energy to provide patients with better more efficient service, enhance the service level of the whole hospital.
