摘要
目的:探讨CT检查流程优化的方法及意义。方法:采取一系列方法优化CT检查流程。回顾性分析优化前、优化中、优化后相同月份(2012年6月、2013年6月与2014年6月)2台CT检查患者数量。结果:优化后,CT在相同的时间内完成更多检查。结论:通过不断优化检查流程,制定出一整套科学、有效、可行性高的管理措施,提高了CT设备的使用效率,同时也获得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Objective To investigate the methods and clinical significance of CT examination process optimization. Methods A series of methods were applied to optimizing CT examination process. The numbers of patients who were examined by two CT machines in the same month（June 2012, June 2013 and June 2014） were retrospectively compared. Results After optimization,there were more patients examined by CT in the same time. Conclusion Continuous optimization in the examination process works out a series of scientific, effective and feasible methods to improve the efficiency of CT equipment, and produces high benefits to economy and society.
