摘要
按聚酰胺酰亚胺原液∶溶剂∶水=1∶2∶25,提取聚酰胺酰亚胺树脂,并将该树脂溶解于溶剂中,同时,将聚酰胺酰亚胺原液稀释,以旋转涂层法分别制得聚酰亚胺超薄膜,并用红外(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、热重(TG)进行表征。结果表明:干燥温度为30℃时,从聚酰胺酰亚胺原液中提取的树脂出现明显的特征峰。超声波处理铜箔可使涂覆材料与基底更好附着。挥发性溶剂是极好的致孔剂。树脂含量为10%的聚酰胺酰亚胺超薄膜在80~90℃时,溶剂大量挥发致质量出现第一次明显下降,而250℃时的质量变化为薄膜内部分子链交联及扩链所致。
Used polyamide-imide stock solution,solvents and water at the ratio of 1∶2∶25,the polyamide-imide resin was extracted.The resin was dissolved in a solvent,meanwhile,diluted the polyamide-imide dope,the ultra-thin films of polyimide were got by spin coating method respectively.Using IR,SEM and TG to characterize the resin.The results showed that:when the drying temperature was 30℃,the characteristic peaks of resin extracted from the polyamide-imide appeared.Sonication copper enabled coating material had better adhesion to the substrate.Volatile solvents was an excellent Pore forming agent.At 80~90℃,the film with 10% of resin appeared for the first time decreased significantly caused by a large number of solvents evaporation.The change in mass at 250℃ was due to thin film internal molecular chain crosslinking and chain extension.
