摘要
本文用偏苯三酸酐和二异氰酸酯合成了一种新型聚酰胺酰亚胺。通过在反应过程中加入封闭剂的方法合成适当聚合度的一端为封闭异氰酸酯另一端为酸酐的预聚体 ,使用时高温下封闭端解闭 ,预聚体进一步扩链形成高聚合度的聚酰胺酰亚胺。此方法克服了单组份型聚酰亚胺溶液粘度大贮存不稳定的问题 ;同时也克服了酸酐封端聚酰亚胺 /封闭异氰酸酯固化体系需要单独合成固化剂和严格控制配比的缺点。
A polyamide imide was synthesized from trimelltic anhydride and di isocyanate.There are two steps in the process. At first, a prepolymer was synthesized which end capped with blocked isocyanato group at one end and other with anhydride group,then the blocked isocyanate group is deblocked at high temperature and the prepolymer polymerized. This process overcomes the shortcomings of common process,such as high viscosity,bad stability and complicate synthetic operation.
