经尿道前列腺电汽化切除术治疗高龄大体积前列腺增生患者的疗效观察 被引量：23

摘要 良性前列腺增生（BPH）是老年男性的常见疾病。近年来随着我国社会人口不断老化，BPH的发病率有逐年升高的趋势。既往大于80g的巨大前列腺增生被认为是经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）的禁忌证，常行开放手术前列腺摘除术。而对于高龄大体积前列腺增生患者，行开放手术的风险明显增加，手术并发症多，术后恢复时间长，因此我们将经尿道前列腺电汽化切除术（TUVRP）治疗高龄大体积前列腺增生患者，效果较好，现报告如下：
