摘要
目的探究延续性护理应用于良性前列腺增生术后对患者自理能力和机体康复的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2018年12月在本院泌尿外科进行前列腺增生治疗的患者共50例,患者均行前列腺增生术治疗,随机分组的方式将患者分为观察组和对照组,各25例,分别实施延续性护理与常规护理。对比两组患者护理后的自理能力、生活质量及前列腺恢复状况。结果护理后,观察组患者自我护理能力明显高于对照组(P<0.05);护理前,两组QOL、IPSS评分差异不明显(P>0.05),护理后,观察组QOL评分、IPSS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将延续性护理模式应用于良性前列腺增生术后护理中,患者生活质量、生活自理能力提高,患者护理经验增加,康复效果较高,值得推广使用。
Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing applied to improve patients’self-care ability and physical rehabilitation after benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods From January 2016 to December 2018,a total of 50 patients undergoing prostate hyperplasia treatment in our hospital’s urology department were selected.All patients were treated with benign prostatic hyperplasia.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.For each of the 25 cases,continuous care and routine care were implemented.The self-care ability,quality of life and prostate recovery were compared between the two groups.Results The self-care ability of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after the nursing(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in QOL and IPSS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,QOL and IPSS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous nursing mode in postoperative care of benign prostatic hyperplasia improves the quality of life and self-care ability of patients,increases the patient’s nursing experience,and has a higher recovery effect,which is worthy of popularization.
