摘要
在我国基础教育英语课程和教学改革持续推进和深化的过程中,英语教师的核心专业素养对提高英语教学质量的影响不可小觑。本文基于对教师专业素养所做的文献综述和在北京市教研员及教师中开展的相关调研,提炼并论述了现阶段初中英语教师应具备的六个核心专业素养,即教育情怀、语言素质、专业发展、文化意识、思维能力和信息素养。在此基础上,本文还对教研工作的开展以及教师的专业发展提出了相关建议。
EFL teachers play the most important role in advocating and promoting the reform of English curriculum and classroom teaching in China's basic education. Therefore, their core professional attainments have a great impact on the quality of English teaching. Based on the literature review of teachers' professional attainments and a relevant investigation made among teachers and teacher researchers in Beijing, the paper analyzes and extracts six core professional attainments that secondary school EFL teachers should possess, including pedagogical affection, language profi ciency, profession development, culture awareness, thinking ability and information literacy. Based on this discussion, the paper also throws out some suggestions about further teaching research in order to enhance teachers' core professional attainments.
