摘要
目的探讨小儿解表颗粒在急性上呼吸道感染临床治疗中的效果。方法选择我院门诊部2015年5月-2016年6月收治的128例急性上呼吸道感染患儿，将其分为对照组和观察组，各64例。对照组患儿使用抗生素进行治疗,观察组患儿使用小儿解表颗粒进行治疗，比较两组患儿的临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果治疗中，观察组不良反应发生率（0％）远远低于对照组（10．94％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗后，观察组患儿的治疗有效率为93．75％，对照组患儿的治疗有效率为75．00％，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；对照组患儿的各项实验室指标较观察组高，组间比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论小儿解表颗粒在急性上呼吸道感染患儿的治疗中具有显著的效果，能够有效缓解患儿的临床症状，安全性好，无毒副作用，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effects of xiaoer jiebiao granules in the clinical treatment of acute upper respiratory infection. Methods 128 children patients with acute upper respiratory infection were selected in the outpatient clinic in our hospital from May 2015 to June 2016. They were assigned to the control group and the observation group, with 64 patients in the control group and 64 patients in the observation group. The control group was given antibiotics granules for the treatment, and the observation group was given xiaoer jiebiao granules for the treatment. Curative effects and adverse reaction conditions in the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed. Results During the treatment, the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation＇ group （0%） was significantly lower than that in the control group （10.94%）, and the difference of the data was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; after the treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment was 93.75% in the observation group, and the total effective rate was 75.00% in the control group. According to statistical analysis of the data in the two groups, the differences were statistically significant （P〈 0.05）; each laboratory indicator in the control group was higher than that in the observation group, and the difference between each indicator was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xiaoer jiebiao granules in the treatment of acute upper respiratory infection in children patients has significant curative effects. It is not only able to effective alleviate patients＇ clinical symptoms, but also has high safety without toxic and adverse effects, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
