摘要
目的探讨小儿金翘颗粒联合克林霉素在急性扁桃体炎患儿中的治疗效果.方法选取2020年4月—2022年2月我院收治的86例小儿急性扁桃体炎患儿,按随机数字表法分为两组,各43例.对照组给予克林霉素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用小儿金翘颗粒治疗,持续治疗7d.对比两组临床疗效、中医症候积分、免疫功能、炎症水平及不良反应发生率.结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的79.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组中医症候积分、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、CD8^(+)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、降钙素原(PCT)水平比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组中医症候积分(7.03±1.14)分,低于对照组的(9.22±1.68)分,CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)分别为(57.94±5.13)%、(47.43±4.68)%、(1.62±0.27),均高于对照组的(52.31±5.01)%、(43.23±4.40)%、(1.32±0.20),CD8^(+)、CRP、IL-6、PCT水平分别为(30.05±2.86)%、(7.59±1.14)mg/L、(22.79±3.55)ng/L、(4.82±0.47)ng/L,均低于对照组的(33.59±3.98)%、(9.64±1.93)mg/L、(23.70±4.19)ng/L、(5.92±0.56)ng/L,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论小儿金翘颗粒联合克林霉素能够增强急性扁桃体炎患儿治疗效果,加快临床症状改善,纠正炎症反应水平,改善机体免疫功能,安全可靠.
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Xiaoer Jinqiao Granule combined with clindamycin in children with acute tonsillitis.Methods 86 children with acute tonsillitis treated in our hospital from April 2020 to February 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clindamycin,and the observation group was treated with Xiaoer Jinqiao granule on the basis of the control group,with both interventions for 7 days.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,immune function,inflammatory level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.35%,higher than 79.07%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the TCM symptom scores,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),CD8^(+),C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and procalcitonin(PCT)levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the TCM symptom score of the observation group was(7.03±1.14)points,which was lower than(9.22±1.68)points of the control group,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were(57.94±5.13)%,(47.43±4.68)%,(1.62±0.27),which were higher than(52.31±5.01)%,(43.23±4.40)%,(1.32±0.20)of the control group,CD8^(+),CRP,IL-6 and PCT levels were(30.05±2.86)%,(7.59±1.14)mg/L,(22.79±3.55)ng/L and(4.82±0.47)ng/L,which were lower than(33.59±3.98)%,(9.64±1.93)mg/L,(23.70±4.19)ng/L and(5.92±0.56)ng/L in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The Xiaoer Jinqiao Granule combined with clindamycin can enhance the treatment effect of children with acute tonsillitis,accelerate the improvement of clinical symptoms,correct the level of inflammatory reaction,and improve the immune function of the body,which is safe and reliable.
