摘要
以葡萄糖作为还原剂实现天然靛蓝染料对棉织物的生态染色。通过单因素试验,测定还原溶液还原电位和织物的染色性能,优化葡萄糖对靛蓝的还原染色工艺。优化的还原和染色工艺为:采用干缸法还原,天然靛蓝染料12.5%(omf),葡萄糖120 g/L,NaOH 50 g/L,55℃下还原30 min;20℃浸染织物50 min,空气氧化10 min,再放入隐色体溶液中续染3次(每次续染时间为30 min,氧化10 min),皂洗,水洗,烘干。染后织物各项色牢度均与传统保险粉工艺相当。
Ecological dyeing of natural indigo on cotton fabric with glucose as a reducing agent is carried out. The reduction and dyeing processes are optimized via single factor tests, and the reduction potential of dye solution and dyeing behaviors on cotton fabric are studied. The optimal reduction process is stock vatting with natural indigo 12.5%(omf), glucose 120 g/L, NaOH 50 g/L, reducing at 55 ℃ for 30 min. The optimal dyeing process is dip-dyeing at 20 ℃ for 50 min, oxidation in air for 10 min, and then continu- ous dyeing in leuco solution for 30 rain, oxidation for 10 rain. Compared with conventional dyeing process with sodium hydrosulfite, the ecological process with glucose features similar color fastness.
