摘要
采用微射流粉碎4h,制备出粒径100-200砌的颗粒均匀超细分散染料,形成一个具有较好高温分散和离心稳定性的分散体系。对超细分散染料进行染色试验,并与未经超细化分散染料比较。结果表明,分散染料超细化后在涤纶织物上的上染较快,染色后织物鲜艳度好,干湿摩擦牢度和皂洗牢度均可达5级。
Supermicro disperse dyes with diameter uniformly distributed between 100nm and 200nm are prepared by micro jet method, This disperse system has good stability at high temperature and centrifugal conditions, Dyeing process with supermicro disperse dyes is carried out, results are compared with those of traditional dyes, It is found that the former has higher uptake rate on polyester fabric, the dyeings feature brilliant shade and excellent fastness to soaping and rubbing.
