摘要
北京2022年冬奥会申办成功已近一周年。然而从申办之初至今,仍有一些社会公众和媒体对北京2022年冬奥会的意义,存在一些模糊乃至偏颇的认识。厘清这些价值层面上的疑问,是使冬奥会筹办工作赢得广泛社会支持和公众参与的前提。依据文献和自身经历,作者选取了5个代表性较强的常见问题为视角进行深入探讨,结果表明:第一,中国申办冬奥会,是经济发展水平和成果的体现;第二,北京和张家口具有的人口效益规模,使冬奥会将更有利于环保、交通、旅游、健康等民生领域的改善,能有效促进体育的冬夏季平衡,使老百姓冬天不再被动消极地"猫冬";第三,我国严肃对待冬奥会的申办符合国际发展趋势,也是对自己的承诺和对国际奥林匹克运动负责任的体现;第四,冬奥会筹办投入大部分用于城市的建筑、交通、环保等基础建设,举办冬奥会的盈利是可观的,而且有长久的经济、社会和文化效益;第五,北京2022年冬奥会一方面促进2008年奥运会遗产的利用,另一方面能促进"双奥运"品牌遗产的形成。
Looking back at the bid stage, for the meaning of the 2022 Olympic Winter Games in Beijing, there are some ambiguous or even biased cognition by some social public and media. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the value issues, to help the organize get more people involved in the preparation work. The author selected the five representative problems for further discussion, the results show that： firstly, China＇s bid for Olympic Winter Games, is the embodiment of the level of economic development and achievements. Secondly, Beijing and Zhangjiakou has the population benefits, it will make the Olympic Winter Games be more conducive to environmental protection, transportation, tourism, health, and other areas of the people＇s livelihood improvement, which also can promote the balance of summer and winter sports, so that people are no longer passively be Winter--cat. Thirdly, China bid for the Olympic Winter Games conforms to the international development trend, also reflect commitment and responsibilities for the international Olympic movement. Fourthly, input and output of the economy, the Olympic Winter Games is profitable in many aspects, such as urban construction, transportation, environmental protection and other infrastructure. Fifthly, the Beijing 2022 Olympics on the one hand, promote the use of the Olympic Games in 2008 legacy, and on the other hand to promote the formation of Double--O- lympic brand legacy.
