摘要
目的探讨护理责任制分层管理模式在临床护理管理中的效果。方法 4个示范病房60名护理人员作为研究组,采用护理责任制分层管理模式对患者进行整体护理,4个非示范病房60名护理人员作为对照组,采用传统的护理模式对患者进行护理。结果实行护理责任制分层管理模式后,研究组的工作效果、工作评分、健康教育的知晓率评分以及护理工作满意度评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论实行责任制分层管理模式可显著提高临床效果和工作质量,降低工作压力。
Objective To study the effect of hierarchical management model of nursing re- sponsibility system in clinical nursing management. Methods Study group included four demonstra- tion ward and 60 nurses with hierarchical management model of nursing responsibility system for pa- tients, and control group included four non demonstration ward and 60 nursing staff with traditional nursing mode for patients care. Results After the implementation of hierarchical management mode of responsibility system, work efficacy and work score, health education awareness scores and nursing satisfaction score were higher than the control group (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Hierarchical manage- ment mode of responsibility system can improve the clinical efficacy and work quality, reduce work pressure.
