摘要
对重庆市某片区防洪规划的经济效益和社会、生态环境效果进行了初步分析,该规划对三峡库区以及山区河流的防洪治理、水环境改善等方面具有一定的借鉴作用。
The flood control planning of an urban area in Chongqing city is introduced. Its economic benefit, social and ecological environment effects are evaluated. This plan could be a useful reference for the flood control and water envi- ronment improvement of the Three Gorges Reservoir area and also the mountainous rivers.
