摘要
以堵河上建造挡水建筑物为例,从规划的角度论述了堵河竹山县城段景观工程效益。通过坝型比选确定选择底轴驱动翻板钢闸门为挡水建筑物,从营造水体景观效果、对该段河道生态补偿效益、对城市防洪的影响以及对上游小漩水电站发电的影响四方面对工程效益进行论证,结果表明:在堵河竹山县城段建设钢坝合理且必要。
Taking the construction of water retain structure in Du River as an example,the benefits of landscape project along Zhushan county town on Du River are analyzed from a planning perspective.A bottom axis driven flap steel gate is selected to be the water retain structure by dam style comparison.The engineering benefits are demonstrated in four aspects: effect on water landscape construction,benefits on ecological compensation of the reach,influences on urban flood control and profits of upstream Xiaoxuan Hydropower Station.The result indicates that it is reasonable and necessary to build steel dam in Du River Zhushan county town.
