湖北省主栽水稻品种对稻瘟病的田间抗性鉴定 被引量:10

摘要 【目的】鉴定湖北省主栽水稻品种对稻瘟病的田间抗性,筛选获得抗稻瘟病的水稻品种,为水稻抗病品种的合理布局及稻瘟病抗病育种提供参考。【方法】收集湖北省主栽水稻品种共169份,于2012~2015年在湖北省远安县设立自然鉴定病圃,按照叶瘟、穗颈瘟分级标准调查病情指数,依据抗性分级标准对品种进行抗性评价。【结果】供试品种对稻瘟病的抗感反应存在明显差异,未筛选到高抗品种;对叶瘟表现抗病的品种有18个,中抗品种49个,分别占鉴定品种总数的10.6%和28.8%;对穗颈瘟抗病的品种有10个,中抗品种28个,分别占鉴定品种总数的5.9%和16.5%;对叶瘟和穗颈瘟均表现中抗水平以上的品种有深两优5814、天优华占等34个,占总品种数的20.0%。【结论】天优华占、温229、金科优651、曾抗1号、成恢178和川抗993经过两年或两年以上的田间鉴定,叶瘟和穗颈瘟综合评价表现为抗病,适宜在生产中利用。 [Objective]Resistance of main rice cuhivars in Hubei province to rice blast were identified, in order to ob- tain resistant cuhivars and provide information for selection and distribution of resistant materials. [ Method ]A total of 169 main rice cultivars were collected in Hubei, and their resistances to leaf blast and neck blast were identified in field of Yuanan county, Hubei province during 2012-2015. Disease index(ID) was investigated, and rice resistance was evaluat- ed based on grading standards of rice blast. [Result ]The results showed that, there were significant differences in resis- tant response of tested rice cultivars to rice blast. No high-resistant cuhivar was screened.out. Eighteen cultivars showed resistance to leaf blast, accounting for 10.6% of total cuhivars, while 49 cuhivars showed moderate resistance to leaf blast, accounting for 28.8% of total cuhivars. In addition, ten cuhivars showed resistance to neck blast, accounting for 5.9% of total cuhivars, and twenty-eight showed moderate resistance to neck blast, accounting for 16.5% of total cultivars. Thirty-four cuhivars including Shenliangyou 5814 and Tianyouhuazhan etc. showed moderate resistance or high resistance to both leaf and neck blasts, accounting for 20.0% of total cuhivars. [ Conclusion ] Some cuhivars including Tianyouhuazhan, Wen 229, Jinkeyou 651, Zengkang 1, Chenghui 178 and Chuankang 993 were resistant to both leaf and neck blasts in two or more years of field experiment, and should be promoted in rice production.
