摘要
通过对FY型液下泵在使用过程中出现断轴的原因分析,查出当泵实际流量小于额定流量时,会导致叶轮在单一方向受到较大的径向力,从而造成泵轴受到较大的弯曲交变应力;又因轴肩处采用空刀槽结构,导致此处应力集中,造成轴断裂。轴加粗后,轴肩采用合适圆角过渡后仍然断轴,判定应是径向力造成的,根据分析结果,提出将单流道泵体改为双流道泵体,再次投入使用后,运行稳定,达到预期改造效果。
By the analysis of the causes of broken shaft in use process of FY submerged pump, it was found out that, when the actual flow of the pump was less than the rated flow, the impeller would be subjected to large radial force in a single direction, resulting in the pump shaft to be subjected to the larger bending alternating stress. And because of the empty groove structure at the shaft shoulder, stress concentration would be caused here and lead to shaft fracture. After making the shaft thicker, and by adopting appropriate shoulder fillet transition, the shaft was still broken, tbeu it should be cam, ed by the radial force. According to the results of the analysis, it was put forward to restructure the single channel pump body to double channel pump body. After it was put into use again, the operation was stable and the desired effect was achieved.
