摘要
三维角色认知法是指在《旅游景区管理》课程的教学中,教师通过情景设计,引导学生对景区的三大关联角色(即游客、服务者、管理者)进行角色扮演,进而认知主角方(游客)的需求和供给方(景区服务及管理者)的职责,最后,通过本位角色的回归,学生能够主动剖析旅游景区产品供需之间的不协调,从而对症下药,以促进旅游行业的可持续发展。
Three-dimensional role cognition is used in the teaching of Management of Tourist Attraction,in which teachers guide students to play three major roles—tourists, service provider and manager in the scenicarea through scenarios design; the students can cognize the needs of tourist and the duties of managers of tour-ist attraction; by experiencing different roles, the students can analyze the unbalanced state between supply anddemand in tourist attraction, and provide corresponding measures to deal with the problem to achieve the sus-tainable tourism development.
