摘要
目的：探讨非计划拔管风险评估表在深静脉置管患者中的应用价值。方法：选取我院2014年5月～2015年4月收治的180例深静脉置管的患者，将其随机等分为观察组和对照组，对照组使用使用腕部约束带，常规进行深静脉导管护理；观察组患者在对照组基础上采用非计划拔管风险评估表，从患者、导管、护士3个方面进行评估，根据结果采取针对性处理措施，通过观察两组患者住院天数、住院费用、非计划拔管率以及满意度，从而评估非计划拔管风险评估表在对深静脉置管患者非计划拔管的价值。结果：观察组患者的平均住院天数和平均住院费用低于对照组，非计划拔管率明显低于对照组；观察组患者满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：通过对非计划性拔管原因的充分认识及正确分析，采取针对性处理措施，使护理干预措施得以有效的实施，改变患者的不良行为，可明显降低非计划性拔管率。
Objective：To explore the application value of unplanned extubation risk assessment form in patients taking deep vein catheterization. Methods： Selected 180 patients taking deep vein catheterization who were admitted in our hospital from May 2014 to April 2015, and randomly divided them into observation group and control group. The control group used wrist restraint strap and conducted deep vein catheterization; patients in the observation group adopted assessment form on the basis of the control group, conducted assessment from the aspects of patient, catheter and nurse, carried out according to results, observed hospital stays, hospitalization expenses, unplanned extubatian rate and satisfaction of patients in the two groups, and thus assessed value of the unplanned extubation risk assessment form in patients taking deep vein catheterization. Results： The average hospital stays and hospitalization expenses of patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the unplanned extubation rate was significantly lower than that of the control group; satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was of statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Sufficiently knowing and correctly analyzing unplanned extubation reasons as well as taking can make nursing intervention measures be effectively implemented, change patients＇ misbehavior and significantly lower unplanned extubation rate.
