摘要
随着煤矿采深的不断延伸,所采煤层逐渐变为松软煤层。松软煤层具有瓦斯压力大,瓦斯含量高、透气性低等特点,预抽钻孔成孔后易发生塌孔现象,严重降低钻孔瓦斯排放通道的有效利用长度,导致钻孔瓦斯抽采效率低下、抽采周期变短、抽采达标时间延长等问题。为解决钻孔松软煤层预抽钻孔塌孔问题,针对性的选择余吾煤业公司N1101胶带巷作为试验地点,通过考察不同类型花管对于支撑钻孔稳定性及不同支护条件下瓦斯抽采纯流量的变化,确定筛眼密度和直径最优参数,从而增加钻孔瓦斯抽采纯流量,提高煤层瓦斯抽采率。
